What is Shoptimal?
Shoptimal is the Shopify store for Shopify stores. We’re a curated platform of done-for-you ecommerce tasks (from design & dev, to growth & optimization), each priced transparently and delivered fast.

Do I need a Shopify store to use Shoptimal?
Not necessarily. While our services are built specifically for Shopify merchants, we are ecommerce experts all around, and can help you navigate a migration from another platform, or build your store from the ground up.
💳 Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
It's easy! Just choose your task, check out, and provide the project requirements. We’ll confirm your order, assign it to our team, and get to work.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Fast, secure, and no weird fees.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for completed work. But if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. Guaranteed.
🚚 Task Delivery
How long does each task take?
Each pre-scoped task or project shows its delivery time right on the page. Most are completed in 1–3 business days. If you submit a custom request, we will provide a guaranteed delivery date with your quote.
What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a form to provide the project requirements (It only takes a couple minutes to complete). Once the project requirements are received we get to work.
Can I track progress?
Yup. You'll get status updates and a final delivery report in your inbox. No need to chase us.
✍️ Edits & Revisions
What if I need a revision?
No problem. Most pre-scoped tasks are pretty straightforward, but if we missed the mark, we’ll make it right.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Tell us. We’re not done until it’s done right. That’s the Shoptimal promise.
How many edits do I get?
Each project clearly states what’s included. Extra edits beyond that can be booked as a separate task.
🔁 Subscriptions
What are Flex Subscriptions?
Flex Subscriptions let you prepay for multiple tasks at a discounted rate. You’ll get a set number of credits to use however you want, whenever you want.
Can I pause or cancel?
Absolutely. Flex means flexible. You’re never locked in.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. If you don't use all your credits in a given month, unused credits can roll over as long as your subscription is active.
