Our Refund Promise

You’re eligible for a full or partial refund if:

✅ Your task wasn’t delivered on time and we didn’t communicate or resolve the delay

✅ The work delivered doesn’t match the service description or deliverables listed on the product page

✅ A technical error on our side (e.g., double charge, checkout issue) caused a failed or duplicate order

✅ You cancel the order before work has started (usually within 1–2 hours of purchase)

What’s Not Eligible

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

❌ You changed your mind after we started work

❌ You requested revisions that go beyond the original scope of the task

❌ You failed to provide required intake info in a timely manner

❌ You didn’t respond to communication or review requests

❌ You placed an order knowing the service wasn’t a fit for your store or setup

Revisions Before Refunds

Our priority is to fix the issue, not just cancel the work.

If you're unhappy with your order, we’ll first offer a revision to bring it in line with expectations, free of charge.

If we can't deliver what was promised, you’ll receive a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

Once issued, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
